The Summit-University Living at Home/ Block Nurse Program (SULAH) is a local, resident run program.  Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our elders, allowing them to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible. 

SULAH helps coordinate:  

       - Home health care
       - Nursing services
       - Home-making assistance
       - Community services
       - Activities

 These services help ensure that our elders can live safely, confidently and independently.  Through a  collaborative approach neighborhood volunteers, community service providers, paraprofessionals and professionals knit together a reliable support system that is professional and accessible.
