The Merriam Park Living At Home / Block Nurse Program serves the seniors of St. Paul planning district 13 (Between University Ave. and Summit Ave / Between Lexington Parkway and the Mississippi River or 280).

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We count on neighbors and friends to support our work with tax-deductible contributions.

The Merriam Park LAH/BNP strives to keep seniors living safely in their own homes as long as possible. We provide seniors and their caregivers with information and services including:

Affordable in-home nursing services on a sliding scale fee basis
Occasional transportation to necessary appointments
Connecting you with affordable chore services
Connecting neighborhood volunteers to provide companionship a neighborly helping hand
Connecting caregivers to support, information and training
