No Cost Exercise Opportunity: One-on-one, in home consultation: “Healthy Moves” is a home based, physical activity program specifically designed to help adults age 62+ build strength, increase flexibility and reduce the risk of falls. It is a three-month commitment with goal-setting, instruction and weekly check-ins conducted by staff trained through the Wilder Foundation. Exercises are extremely gentle and can be done sitting or standing, depending on the initial assessment.
